Membership questions

Can I change tiers later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Annual members are credited the unused balance toward the new tier.

What happened to Net-30 terms?

Net-30 is now a Privé benefit rather than the headline. Maison and Atelier settle per order; Privé accounts unlock terms after a short review.

Is there a contract?

Monthly memberships are rolling and cancel anytime. Annual saves 20% and renews yearly.

How is Privé invitation granted?

By volume history or referral from a mill or existing member. Request an invitation and our desk will be in touch.

Do swatch boxes really come included?

Maison includes six boxes each quarter; additional boxes are credited against your first volume order of that cloth.

Who can join?

AURELEAN is trade-only. Membership doubles as buyer verification, so a registered business is required.
